• does not receive customer credit card details from PayPal

Payment

Halcyon Hours has PayPal merchant status and is able to offer payment through PayPal to Australian customers

• by credit card [Visa or Mastercard], or
• by PayPal transfer [Customers who hold PayPal accounts]

Customers who are purchasing Helen's miniature delights from outside Australia should complete the Halcyon Hours purchase process and indicate their payment and shipping preferences in Step 2 of the process.

We will then contact overseas customers by email to discuss payment and shipping options.

Shipping & delivery tracking

Within Australia

All miniatures are packed securely and sent within Australia by Australia Post.

Postage costs include insurance.

• 14 days after shipment to get confirmation that the order has arrived

Overseas customers

Halcyon Hours writes to customers to agree shipping details and insurance requirements.

We then
